2024 Summer Riding Day Camps

Since 1991, LNS has been offering safe, enjoyable riding lessons to thousands of satisfied riders, at all levels of experience! Our Summer Riding Day Camps focus heavily on safety, horsemanship and honing in on your riding skills! There are 3 programs for our Riding Camp, based on experience. Everyone is welcome to sign up for this fun and instructive experience, no matter what experience level! All programs have limited availability, so hurry and contact us to schedule your riding day camp!

Beginner Ages 8-Adult

This program is for those with 1 year or less of riding experience. Learn the basics of horse care and riding with our Beginner Camp!

June 10, 11, 13, and 14

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

Experienced Ages 8-Adult

This program is for those comfortable in the saddle at all walk/trot activities, plus some canter work! Currently in our lesson program.

Advanced Ages 12-Adult

This program is for those competent at walk, trot, and canter with a jumping focus! Currently in our lesson program.

What our Summer Programs offer

Concentrated time for riding students to focus on their specific skills
Indoor riding arena for use during inclement weather
Riding is professional Senior and Junior instructors with a main focus of safety
Quality school horses for all levels of riding, beginner through advanced
Stable management lessons
Horse care and tack maintenance
Year-round lessons continue during the summer months with each lesson custom designed to suit the riders' abilities
A relaxed, supportive learning environment emphasizing practical, balanced, center-seat riding

Cost

$250 per student for each 4 day camp
No discounts for missed days

Session Times

All camp programs are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. NO WEDNESDAY
All sessions take place from 9:00am- 12:00pm

All Session Limits

Sessions are usually limited to 10 riders (5 riders for Advanced Camp) ages 8 and older (adults welcomed)!
Sessions fill on a first come, first served basis
Weight limit of 180lbs for all camps
Limits may change due to horse availability

Lunch

All riders should bring a snack for the day, and as always stay hydrated! Bring plenty of fluids!

Pre-Registration Required

A deposit of $100 due with registration (cash/check), with the remaining balance due the first day of your session. You may pay in full anytime before your session as well!
Payment confirmation will be sent to you via email upon receipt of deposit
Deposit is non-refundable, though it is transferable to lesson package if cancellation occurs no later than May 31
